The introduction happens on your terms

That is not coming from us. JoeFSBO does not sell or share your information with any agent — period. If your phone has been ringing since you listed, it is the result of third-party data brokers who scrape FSBO listing sites and sell that contact information to agents as leads. These companies operate legally and continuously. The best way to reduce the volume is to use a Google Voice number on any public-facing listings.
